Meet Our Team

Originally from Compton, California where he attended the local public schools before enrolling in the Dunn School, a private boarding high school in Los Olivos, CA. After attending Vassar College and the University of Southern California (USC), he graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Political Science and Black Studies.

Guy’s career path was in the accounting field for 10 years before entering into the world of financial services where he has been in practice since 1990. After completing a three-year Executive Training Program with New York Life Insurance Company, he founded Wealth Management Strategies Insurance & Financial Solutions in 1994.

Guy became a Registered Representative, attaining his FINRA Series 6 & 63 in 1993 and has been a top producer in the industry for over 25 years. He is recognized in the industry and community as a forward-thinking practitioner who takes complicated problems and helps his clients develop an understandable roadmap to their financial and life’s goals.

Guy is married to Molly Carrillo-Walker since 1984. They have two adult children, Cianna & Gary, and a granddaughter, Sadie (Cianna’s daughter). As a promoter of Community Wealth and philanthropy, Guy is active in various non-profits and has served or is serving on the following non-profit boards: Allan Hancock College Foundation, CommUnify (A Community Action Agency), College Elementary School District, Dunn School, Endowment for Youth Committee, Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Foundation, Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Incorporated.

Warren B. Ritter II is originally from Orangeburg, South Carolina. He graduated from Wofford College, a private college in Spartanburg, SC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Warren’s career path began with the Business Chamber of Commerce in Columbia, South Carolina where he was charged with developing strategic relationships within the South Carolina State House. Warren worked on policy and legislative reform as it impacted working-class families in areas of agriculture, machinery, and small business. He began working in financial services when he accepted a position as a manager with a national bank. Warren’s success in the banking industry prompted his move to Santa Barbara, California where he served as a branch manager for Wells Fargo. His interest in wealth management led him to complete his FINRA Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE) and pass his FINRA Series 6/63.

Warren joined Wealth Management Strategies Insurance and Financial Solutions in 2018 as a Registered Representative. Warren assists individuals and small businesses with personal financial needs, retirement strategies and employee benefits. Warren leads our financial literacy programs as well as heading up our client acquisition and retention initiatives.

Warren is an avid reader and enjoys playing basketball and playing the piano in his free time. Warren is active in several non-profits and is currently the president of Santa Barbara Young Black Professionals. He has previously served on the boards for Creative Wealth International, Endowment for Youth Committee, and the Human Services Committee of Santa Barbara County.

From South Central Los Angeles, Esron is a proud alumnus of the Crenshaw High School: Gifted Magnet where he began to develop his creative taste for the visual arts. He went on to attend Cal-Arts School of Arts to further develop his skills in videography and photography. Esron continued his education at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) where graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies.

Prior to joining Wealth Management Strategies, Esron held various positions on the production side of the entertainment industry and in retail sales. Working as a videographer for 16 years, Esron has worked with some of the biggest acts in the entertainment industry as well as having traveled the globe to record those acts. Esron also spent many years working in retail sales for Trader Joe’s as a store manager. With his background which combines creative thinking and client services, Esron is ideally suited to head up our Client Relations initiatives. As a new associate with Wealth Management Strategies, Esron is currently participating in a 3-year Executive Training Program through New York Life Insurance Company.

Esron is passionate about youth sports. He has coached community youth basketball at the George C. Page Youth Center and at the high school level for Dunn School. His other volunteer activities include the following organizations: Direct Relief, CommUnify (formerly the Community Action Commission), Angels Foster Care of Santa Barbara, Rooted Santa Barbara (a plant-based food cooperative), Cooperation Santa Barbara, Toastmasters International and Healing Justice. 

Molly’s presence in Santa Barbara County has been felt since she moved here in 1975 from Los Angeles, where she graduated from Cal State University, Los Angeles with a B.S in Recreation Administration. She went on to receive a Master’s in Public Administration from Cal State University, Northridge. She served as an administrator for the City of Santa Barbara for 16 years, ending her career as the Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation. She then directed her attention to the Non-Profit world where she served in various capacities with several different organizations including but not limited to the Santa Barbara Foundation, Dunn School and Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People.

As Chief Community Wealth Advocate for Wealth Management Strategies (WMS), Molly leads our charitable-giving efforts and supports our firm’s various Non-Profit initiatives (see the Community Wealth Corner tab on this site). Additionally, she supports the office as the Executive Administrator, handling client scheduling, servicing, compliance, and ongoing client communication.

Molly has a long history of volunteer service to various Non-Profit organizations. Her current affiliations include Family Service Agency (FSA), Santa Ynez Valley Youth Coalition and she was elected to and has served on the College Elementary School District Board of Trustees since 2006. Married to Wealth Management Strategies’ President and Founder, Guy R. Walker, since 1984, they have two adult children, Cianna and Gary, and granddaughter Sadie (Cianna’s daughter). Molly has a passion for nature, art, music, and family.

Kros Andrade is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. At twelve years old, he moved to Santa Barbara County in the Santa Ynez Valley where he attended the local public schools. After attending Santa Barbara City College, he transferred to and graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design.

His career path led him to the field of Graphic Design for 20 years where he represented some of the largest retail stores in the industry as a Creative Director before opening his own shop, UVA designs (https://www.uvadesignstudio.com), where he has built an impressive clientele, primarily in the wine industry and with small businesses like Wealth Management Strategies. Kros joins the Wealth Management Strategies team after working with the president/founder, Guy Walker, for five years on various high-profile projects. Kros’ bi-lingual and bi-cultural background was a perfect fit for Wealth Management Strategies’ interest in supporting a community that has been historically underserved.

Kros is married to Rosa Andrade. They have two school-age children, Marcelo and Maya. Kros is active in his support of the non-profit community. Chief among them is Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People, where he has served on their board of directors. He also enjoys being a volunteer coach for SYV YMCA and Jonata Middle School (basketball), AYSO (soccer) and Pony League (baseball).
